To use, simply wash and prepare your skin. Then, dispense the foam onto a glove or tanning mitt. Using long sweeping motions, apply the foam over your legs, arms, and body. For areas like elbows, knees, ankles, and heels, use the foam sparingly.

You can wash your skin after just one hour, but for a longer lasting and darker tan, we recommend waiting up to 6 hours before showering.
