Products may be returned, only if they are damaged or you received the incorrect item, within 14 days after product has been received.  After 14 days refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis.  Please email us your request at support@nsightaesthetics.com for consideration.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be mailed back in the same condition that you received it,  unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will need to purchase a return shipping label, and send your package to 9523 Mariposa Pass, San Antonio, Texas. 78251 within 7 days of acceptance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with our products, allowing for refunds only in cases where the received item is damaged or incorrect. It's essential to note that certain items are procured on an as-needed basis, meaning they are ordered post-purchase. Refunds for such items will be considered exclusively upon receipt and subsequent verification of damage or inaccuracies. We encourage thorough review and attention to detail during the ordering process.  We are committed to promptly addressing and resolving the issue to your satisfaction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You have 14 days from purchase date to make a refund request on damaged, defective or wrong items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items will not be approved for return if opened beyond the packaging it arrived in.  Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  We are happy to help and are very reasonable when it comes to returns.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, items sold "as is" (i.e.: products in tamper proof vials such as vitamins, and Skin Boosters), and item not returned in their original packaging.

PRODUCTS IN TAMPER PROOF VIALS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Nsightaesthetics.com will not accept returns for refund or exchange on ANY injectable vitamins or skin boosters. State and Federal regulations prohibit us from accepting any returns, except when they are subject to a recall. This rule is for your protection and assures you that these products are solely fulfilled by our team and have not been outside of our control.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure your exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Policy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

If your package was returned to us because of insufficient address, you will need to pay to reship the item.  Once we have collected payment and received your package back from the post office we will re-ship your package.​

 

Shipment processing time

Orders are usually processed same day if placed before 2 pm EST Monday - Friday; Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday.  Depending on inventory there could be a 2-3 day lead time.  

Shipping time is an estimate, not guaranteed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing any problem with your order or address, we will contact you via email or telephone.

​Delivery delays can occasionally occur which are not under our control.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Nsight Aesthetics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages or lost packages

Nsight Aesthetics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, or if gets lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier and file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect or insufficient address

This is a customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

If you have made a mistake on your address, email us or message us through Whatsapp or our chat to provide your order number and correct shipping address.

If your package was returned to us because of insufficient address, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost and we will re-ship your returned package once we have received your undelivered item from the post office.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions to this policy include perishable items, merchandise marked "as is," goods damaged after purchase, customized goods that meet specifications, merchandise without its original packaging, and exchanges that cannot be made due to public health reasons.

If you choose to return the product, please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and handling. The item must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund beyond the 2 days.

If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please email support@nsightaesthetics.com and we will verify refund has been made.
