All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a tracking number. .
Other potential delays may include when we experience a high volume of orders, and or postal service problems. We strive to have all items in our warehouse at all times. However, we carry some products that are in high demand, so in the event that we do not have the product in stock, your order will be dispatched between 4 - 7 business days and You will be notified by email..
Nsight Aesthetics is not responsible for for errors in delivery when the delivery address that was provided is incorrect.or where the customer has made changes during transit. We can not refund shipping charges or provide reshipment for orders that were delivered to the the wrong address or returned to our warehouse undeliverable. In the event that we do receive the order back from the shipping company, we will refund the total amount of the product, minus the shipping costs as a store credit or back to the original form of payment method.
Lost parcels or delayed shipping. Please be advised that Nsight Aesthetics can not be help accountable for lany damaged products that occured during the shipping process, any lost parcels or delayed shipping. However, we understand that receiving damaged goods, and or lost and delayed parcels can very frustrating, so we recommend that you contact the shipping company immediately to file a claim. In the event that your order arrives damaged, we recommend you retain all of the packing materials and products until your claim has been resolved.. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during transit, we again suggest that you file a claim with the shipping carrier or insurance company in a timely manner.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within Bexar County. For orders under $10.00 we charge $ 10.00 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9:00am - 7:00pm CST Monday thru Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 9523 Mariposa Pass, San Antonio, Tx. 78251. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within X to X business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00am - 7:00pm on Monday - Saturday.. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. If you do not see your country listed please send us an email to request your country to be considered for international shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In some cases, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
We do our best to arrange shipping where no additional fees will incur at customs, but we are not responsible for these additional charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can also use our chat functionality to track your order with your order number.
If you live in the United States and havenβt received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@nsightaesthetics.com with your name and order number, and we will make sure your order is fullfilled.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All sales are final sales and we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or lost. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we might consider a refund on a case by case basis and we will return the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and you will be charged the return shipping fee..
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@nsightaesthetics.com with your order number and a photo of the itemβs condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you towards a satisfactory resolution.
